Just want to make noise.... After 3 FULL weeks of being a Vampire/ dracula or as my colleague puts it -- a Dark Knight, I'm finally, TEMPORARY, read my lips, TEMPORARY on morning shift for this week.

I'll be working morning as I have training to attend. Lucky me :D

It just feels soooo good to be working in the morning shift. This morning when my alarm rang, I tell you, it's the BEST sound i've heard in so long. Never have my alarm rang in the morning for god knows how long d...

I guess working night shift just eats and eats and eats into you. It came to a point last week when I cannot stand it anymore and went to Red Box and de-stress. I scare the hell out of her when i was in Red Box SCREAMING like nobody's business. Sorry. But i felt great after the karaoke session and can continue on my dark knight quest.

So, plan is, WW32, i'll be a normal person again. I'll be keeping my fingers cross on that. Wish me luck ;)

I actually slept through the middle part of Hulk (too tired). But the ending part, Tony Stark came out as guest star:) As for The Happening, it's educational but a bit slow la the show. It actually wants to pass the message that we need to save the environment or the tress will retaliate. I quite like Wanted actually. I'd give it 90 marks. Angelina Jolie is very good with the action style and gun-shooting scene. What's more with her 'cool' aura... she definitely steal the show. :)

Oh ya.. watched 'Kungfu Panda' (pirated DVD la)last weekend also. I find the show so-so only. Not sure why sooooooo many ppl like the show and panda. For me, I like the Tigress and the ever wise and adorable Master Oogway...hahahah I don't actually like Kungfu Panda, although there's quite a touching scene at the end of the movie. But normal la...

Ok, now let me ellaborate on my #1 favourite movie: Hancock

Went to watch Hancock in the cinema with a group of colleagues last Friday (4/7/2008) to celebrate Independance Day (lol.. important point is... no need to work ^_^) and a colleague's of passing of exam.

The show is hillarious and fun at the same time. There are a number of extremely hillarious scenes. Will Smith's performance is as usual excellent. [Good.... job.... Good Job, Good Job :p] I was watching the show, and the character Mary seems to have an impression on me. I was like..hmm...her voice sounded like Charlize Theron, but some angle of her didn't look like her, some angle looks like Charlize. Then i ask a colleague of mine, is it Charlize? He confirmed it's her. Charlize's performance is also superb. Woldn't dwell too much into the film, as I don't want to spoil the excitement and mystery of this movie for the readers here. :)

I didn't know that Charlize is acting in this film as all the posters only show Will Smith. So, i tot the heroin in the film will be someone i dunno. Turns out, what a pleasing surprise i get :D Charlize Theron is in the movie. Nevertheless, i enjoyed the movie to bits and pieces. The show is nice and the company that went to the show is also good. After the show, we went to Nando's and had dinner :)

What a good way to destress and celebrate Independance Day :D. Well, i guess we need to relax and have fun once in a while to keep us continue on our journey in the long run. Guess most of the days in July, I'll be ZOMBIFIED again. (sigh...that's life)

As I was going out from the house on Friday night, I suddenly realised I didn't have the house key and was trapped... in my own house.

The above picture will illustrate better the situation I'm in. I basically locked Door A which is my house's wooden door and was on my way to Door B (garden gate door outside). I realised Door B is locked, so i search search search my bag for my house key. After ransacking through my whole goddamn bag, it finally hit me that, i have left my house key in my house. F*rk...I'm in deep shit... I was trapped between Door A and Door B and couldn't get out of my own house.

As my parents are away for holiday and i was alone, there's no way i can go out of the house. So, i called Achew to ask him bring down his set of house key to rescue me. And you know what's his reaction upon hearing this?

Achew: hahahhahahahhaha... why not you climb out from Door B?

Me: Door B is too high la... i can't climb through it..

Achew: What about knocking on neighbour's door and borrow a chair from them? Then you climb through the partition wall between both of our houses?

Me: (thinking hard) oh ya ho... how come i didn't think of that??!! How stupid am i?

So, I finally knocked on the neighbour's door, explain the situation to them, and borrow a chair from uncle. He was a bit concern that i can't climb through the wall though. But he was kind enough to help pull me through the wall. I was damn pai-se...it's sooooo mempersiasuikan.....After 10 minutes of struggling through the wall partition, I finally climbed through the wall and was at the negihbour's house.

I thanked uncle and return the chair to him. Then i walked through his front door. Luckily i have my car keys with me and my car was parked outside the house. And so, i have successfully ESCAPED from my own house. What a big-headed-prawn am i? To leave my house key in the house and locked Door A!!!

Looking back at this incident, i find it very amusing and funny...hahahahah....

Just an after thought: After i started all this night shift waramashit, i found that my memory is not that good. Always kept forgetting stuffs and am turning into a MULTI big-headed-prawn... hahahahhaha....

 This is something like British Idol. Really like this little gal. And she's only 6. Her voice is damn 'chun' man.....and she's cute :D

Her name is Connie Talbot. And i think this is the first time Simon Cowell has so much praised for a person. The lady judge (Amanda) even cried.

Suddenly we were talking talking and would like to see Sean Connery's movie. So, I suggested 'The Rock'.

And so, i went to ask the DVD seller over one of the shops in Ferringhi.

Me: Do you have 'The Rock'?

DVD seller: What rock?

Me: 'The Rock'. The show starring Sean Connery?

DVD seller: What rock you're looking for again??

I rest my case......

Eventually, we did find the DVD and bought it from another stall. Damn nice show.And Sean Connery is superb in that show. :D He is one of grandpa's favourite actor also :)

I've been working in graveyard shift for the past week. Needless to say, I look haggard and tired sometimes. Sleeping in the day without waking up is a luxury. Usually i'll just sleep for 1/2 an hour to 1 hour then wake up and go back to the cycle again..... which will make you more tired...

How did i became a zombie? ok... my department have an application support  project, which unfortunately need to support during US working time...and i've been assigned to do it along with 2 other colleagues. I anticipate this situation will last for around 2 months.

Basically, working in night shift is quite free.... u sort of get to do anything you like :) such as go for supper(or is it breakfast?), watch movie etc.....plus, you can go to bank and settle your personal stuffs in the afternoon without taking time-off or leave. You get to watch movies in cinema before going to work also cause working time is from 11pm to 8am :)

But in the long run, it's not good for your health. And sometimes, you'll feel kinda isolated. When you reach office, there's only less than 10 ppl in the office, and nobody in your goddamn MSN list is online.

That's kinda scarry man.... The feeling is something like Will Smith in 'I am Legend' except that you're not doing something as heroic as him....

The habit is -- to just ask ppl without even trying hard enough to solve the problem myself.

Actually i thought that i have gotten rid of this bad habit after my internship. Cause during that time, although my 'buddy' or trainer is strict, he actually taught me to be more independant and don't rely too much on others. I think his exact word is 'You can't simply just ask around for answers. In the real working environment, you won't have that kind of nice treatment. So stop asking around and try to find the answers yourself.' Have to thank him for that.

I mean we can't just simply ask and expect an answer everytime we met a tiny little road block right? Turn the situation the other way around, it'll kill my nerves also if i'm the one being asked.

But dunno since when, I realize that nowadays i'm being a bit too dependent on my colleague again. Asking this and that whenever I met some tiny difficulties. This might be he's a nice guy, and i do get answers everytime i asked. But i shouldn't do that as it's not nice to keep bothering others when they are so busy with their own work. Plus, i can't really improve much if i keep doing that. I need to try to stand on my own feet.

Got to be more independant from now on and really crack my head for the solution before opening my mouth.

My boss asked me whether i'm free to go for 'sau gong' dinner yesterday night or not. I was thinking since i never really did joined them for anything, i'll join them for a dinner in Kulim b4 i bla.

Boy, was i in for a pleasant surprise!!! There's a guy in my office who looks like Takuya Kimura (木村拓哉), which, well, everyone likes to see. And he went for the dinner!! hahhahaha... Some more, he's sitting beside me during the dinner.Needless to say, i was in cloud 9 heaven for the whole dinner. hahahahah. I am sooo happy !!

And today, when i want to pay the bill for my share to my lady boss, she said no need. The japanese boss insists on paying for me. Hahhahahaha.... Feel so happy and pai se at the same time...cause i didn't contribute that much for the company in this 3 months. Anyway, yesterday will surely be my most memorable day in this company :D

Ever since i'm in Kulim, the first thing that came to my mind is, I want to leave here fast and go back to PG Island and work. So, I keep finding for jobs.

The process of updating resumes, waiting for 1st call,going for interview, waiting for 2nd interview call tires me until up to a point that i've given up hope. But then luckily i have Gohonzon, family and SGM members support, i keep persevering.

But just sitting there and waiting for 1st interview call, 2nd interview call and HR to call is very tiring and the feeling is just no good.

Then, i finally received the call from HR. And all is settled. But everything happens so fast and I will be back in PG island in Feb.  So I told my boss. Luckily they agree to let me go as planned. They congratulated me and wish me all the best, which makes me more guilty.

Feel that everything is in havoc all of a sudden because of me. The more they treat me nice the more guilty i feel.

Haih, nvm... this feeling will pass very soon..... just that i'm feeling so goddam guilty now.... 

Watched this 3 weeks ago. I highly recommend this show. I thought it's a cartoon when i saw the poster being posted up in cinema. Actually it's a 'human film' with CGI characters.

There are 3 chipmunks altogether -- mischievous leader Alvin, brainy Simon, and chubby, impressionable Theodore. All 3 of them are pretty darn cute. I especially like Theodore. Which one you guys prefer? If they are selling those chipmunks plush-toys, I am going to get one :)

Anyway, another plus side of the show is that... All 3 chipmunks can sing...and i especially like all those songs that they harmonize and sang together. 2 songs i like most in the film is the opening number - bad day and 'the witch doctor'; while Lion likes the dukchi-dukchi song the chipmunks sang outside the door when it's raining (Funkytown) Watched the show 3 more times after i bought the DVD last week. lol

When i accompany my friend to watch this, i thought this show is something like 'The Day After Tomorrow' or 'Godzilla'. Boy, am I in for s BIG surprise.

Well, what i want to say about this show? I will sum it in just FIVE words for this show -- WASTE OF TIME & MONEY.

I just can't accept this movie. Maybe to other movie lovers, they would like it very much. The style they shoot this movie is like 'The Blair Witch' movie.

I get a heavy headache and stomach upset from watching this show. My whole head was turning and swirling around while watching the movie. I had to just close my eyes and save my head from getting any dizzier. IT'S THAT B-A-D. I even vomitted after the show when i got home. And the stupid show cost me 10 goddamn bucks.

Whoever had a stomach upset and can't puke out, go watch this show, you'll surely get dizzy and puke after that. Good luck !

Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street

Well, I can't wait for this show air next Thursday. It has the same original casts of Tim Burton's movie -- Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter. Should be ultra nice :) The anticipation is killing me.

What's this ITV Music award? Well, basically, it's a MTV music video competition for all IT folks. You can create your own MTV in whatever way you like.

Our group decided to give it a try. our group consists of about 7 ppl. We used Micheal Jackson's "Black or White" song and recreate the MTV. Basically, we copy some part with a cartoon Jackson doing his famous dance walk (A MTV downloaded from U-Tube), add in about 90% of our colleagues doing dance moves and funny action. Those action includes ppl playing tai-chi, dancing malay and indian dances in a funny sort of way. And, ta-daa... we have a complete MTV. 

Our team won 'The Best Performance MTV'. Due to there are lots of ppl's faces will be shown, i didn't upload the MTV here. We received a 'Platinum record plate' and cash voucher of RM700+. :D

 There's also another award in this category. It's "The Best MTV" award. Ivan Lim is the clear-cut winner. He composed a song, sing the song, wrote the MTV in cartoon and played the guitar all by himself. He won hands-down. His lyrics is closely-related to what we're experiencing daily. I have a T41 also by the way...hahahhaha....Really like his MTV.

And so, i dig up on the internet and found a bit about her. She's a Japanese. She debuted as a singer with her husband as the group Le Couple. Their very first album was released in 1994. Emi made her solo debut in 2001. This album i copied is called 'Camomile'. And the song i like most is 'Today', which was originally sung by John Denver.

This song brings back memories. The first time i heard Emi's album, i was reminded of the evenings i spent with kong when he is feeling better. I will play one of his favourite Karaoke VCD's and we'll sit down together and listen to the songs.

Whenever he heard his favourite songs he'll sing along to it.  'Today' is one of the song he likes. He sang for a couple of lines then suddenly ask me to stand up. And he taught me how to Waltz to the song. :D That, is golden. That, you can't buy with money. Which reminds me that, there is still lots to treasure other than your daily 9 to 5 office job. :)

Live life to the fullest without any regrets. Take a break whenever you need it..... I need a break :)

And worst of all, it crashed your goddam confidance level to negative infinity and freezing it. You keep questioning yourself on and on and on... abt your ability and stuff until you're so full of negative thoughts that you don't know who you are anymore.

Gosh...i hate that feeling...

But it's just the way how life works... It's nobody's fault....and many have told me that it's not my fault...but then again...that sneaky self-loathing thoughts will come creeping back off and on....until i gave up altogether...

Just hope i'll crawl out of that black hole soon and be able to find back my fighting spirit. Will just wait until that day comes. Hopefully it's within these few weeks.
